My child is new to tumbling - where do we start?

Welcome to the world of tumbling! We offer two great options for beginners depending on age!

First, we have an Intro to Tumbling class that is for athletes ages 3-6 years old. In this class athletes will learn the fundamentals of tumbling, while simultaneously improving their coordination and confidence.

Our second option would be our beginner tumbling class for athletes ages 7+ years. In this class, athletes will learn, and master handstands, cartwheels, back bends, as well as develop overall strength and flexibility necessary for tumbling.

Do you offer one-on-one lessons?

Private lessons are currently only available to our active pass holders. This includes a class package or monthly unlimited pass. If you are not a current pass holder and have not tried our classes yet, we have found that working in a small group setting surrounded by peers who are working similar skills is an incredibly effective way for athletes to learn and progress, as well as form new friendships and foster community. We also offer one-on-one evaluations if you are unsure which class is a good fit for your athlete. how long will it take to get my back handspring?

The amount of time it takes to get any skills varies. The harder you are willing to work in and outside the gym, the quicker you will get it!

I just got my back handspring in class! Should I sign up for tucks now?

While it is exciting to move up to the next class, we never want to rush skills. We believe in building upon current skills and perfecting technique in order to set up a strong foundation for the next skill. After learning your back handspring, then next step will be ‘back handspring 2’ class where you will learn connections into and out of your handspring. You are still able to attend back handspring 1 to continue improving the strength and technique of your skill.

We also acknowledge that every athlete is different which means that every tumbling journey is going be to be different! If you feel your athlete is ready for tucks class check in with one our coaches or send us an email at: TheTumblingClub@gmail.com for a roadmap specifically for your athlete.

How Far out can i schedule lessons?

You can sign up for lessons one month at a time. Registration for the next month will open at noon on the 20th of the current month.

How do I cancel my lesson?

When you registered for a lesson, you should have received a confirmation email. The link to cancel can be found there. Note; we do not offer refunds, but instead account credits. Lessons cancelled less than 12 hours prior the start of class will not receive a credit.

How will i know if I move from the waitlist into a class?

When you are on the waitlist, if a spot opens up 24+ hours in advance of class start time then you will be automatically added and an email will be sent from WellnessLiving to let you know. If it is less than 24 hours prior to class start time, then we will reach out directly to see if you are still able to make it to class.

If you do not move off the waitlist then the class credit will be returned to your account.

Can i attend more than one lesson per week?

Absolutely! The more you are able to practice, the better. You are able to register for as many lessons & classes as you would like.
